By purchasing, downloading, or using any products or services from FluentCommunity Add-ons, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.

2. What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase a product or membership from FluentCommunity Add-ons, you are purchasing:

  • Access to automatic updates for the duration of your license or membership period
  • Premium support via email and our community portal
  • Future add-on releases (for Premium Membership holders only)
  • A license to use the software on your own website(s) as specified in your purchase

You are not purchasing the software itself, but rather a license to use it along with the services mentioned above.

3. License Usage

All licenses are granted to the original purchaser only. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Each license is intended for use by the purchaser on their own website(s) as specified in the license terms.

You may not:

  • Share your license key or account access with others
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
  • Use the software on behalf of clients as a service provider without appropriate licensing
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the software

4. Premium Membership – Fair Use Policy

Premium Membership includes access to all current and future add-ons. This membership is subject to a fair use policy:

  • Memberships are intended for use by the purchaser on their own website(s)
  • Unlimited memberships are not intended for resellers, agencies managing multiple client sites, or commercial redistribution
  • If you are an agency or developer managing multiple client sites, you must purchase appropriate licenses for each client site
  • We reserve the right to review usage and may contact members who appear to be violating fair use policies

5. Support and Updates

Support and updates are provided for the duration of your active license or membership. Support is provided via email and our community portal. We strive to respond to support requests within 48 hours during business days.

Automatic updates are provided through your WordPress admin dashboard. It is your responsibility to keep your add-ons updated to the latest version for security and feature improvements.

7. Disclaimer

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free or that they will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any damages or data loss that may occur from using our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FluentCommunity Add-ons be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our products or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
