Individual addons
Every addon purchase carries a 14-day refund window. If an addon doesn't work on your site, reach out first — most issues turn out to be quick fixes, and we'd rather solve your problem than process a refund. If we can't get it working for your setup, we refund the purchase in full, no drama.
All Access Premium
New All Access memberships can be refunded within 14 days of the first payment. Renewals aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime from your account and your membership simply runs out its current period — your installed addons keep working either way.
How to request one
Email ross@fluentcommunityaddons.com from the address you purchased with, and include your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days.
