14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products and offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll refund your money, no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are available for:

  • Individual add-on purchases
  • Premium membership subscriptions (for the first billing period)
  • Any other products or services we offer

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at ross@fluentcommunityaddons.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Subscription Refunds

For recurring subscriptions (such as Premium Membership), refunds are available for the current billing period only. After the refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled and you will lose access to premium features.
